We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Department as **International Retail Excellence Senior Project Manager** for 8 months. In this role, you will coordinate and lead the delivery of operational excellence solutions and performance steering for our global retail network.
Retail performance and Operational excellence are key pilars of our Cartier-s strategy to sustain our retail network-s growth and to improve our client satisfaction and staff experience.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
**Retail performance steering**
* Build consistent KPIs and dashboards to monitor the retail performance
* Lead deployment of key retail performance projects worldwide
* Analyze boutique/markets data to provide insights to the direction focus on key retail performance areas
* Foster collaboration across departments to embed retail performance as a way of working in a long-term perspective
**Design, develop and deploy critical retail operations solutions**
* Work with internal experts on operational solutions for retail
* Manage external partners and agencies to support the design of solutions
* Design the appropriate communication and training material to ensure a fast and smooth implementation of retail excellence solutions
* Identify local needs and specificities to support regions and market in their roll out
**Enrich the solution library and sustain the adoption of the digital platform**
* Identify local initiatives to be scaled up worldwide animating the retail performance and operation focal point in markets and regions
* Contribute actively to the operational excellence library of solution and support enhancements of the digital platform
* Publish retail excellence solutions
* Foster the collaboration of the international retail excellence community to enrich the library
**Contribute to the entire scope of retail excellence department**
* Work transversally on various topics relative to the retail excellence
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
* You have 6-8 years- experience in luxury, Industry or FMCG sectors.
* You possess a performance and client centered mindset.
* You have a strong retail background and a previous experience in a boutique or in a local market retail office would be a key.
* You possess strong project management and interpersonal skills to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond.
* You demonstrate drive and flexibility to engage transversal teams (including expert teams) to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* An experience in data analysis is strongly recommended.
* You are familiar with an agile methodology way of working and an experience in digital tool would be a plus.
* You speak English fluently.
