Your tasks

  • First point of contact for our internal customers in the event of hardware, software and network problems
  • Problem analysis and resolution of support cases in 1st and 2nd level support, remotely, by telephone, e-mail or on site and incident monitoring
  • Support and troubleshootIT infrastructure
  • Administration of Microsoft servers 
  • Supervision of software and hardware inventory
  • Drafting and updating technical documentation
  • Active participation in various integration projects

Your skill set

  • Apprenticeship in Computer science or relevant experience and first experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, SQL and other related Microsoft Products
  • Team oriented, you enjoy working people contact and can manage priorities
  • French or German mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language, English is a plus
