**Team Mission and Stakeholders**
Are you ready to take on a key role at the intersection of technology and trading? Join our -Trading Services- team, where your skills will help ensure the smooth operation and support of our trading platforms. As part of a team of six, you-ll work on analyzing complex issues, investigating incidents, and implementing practical solutions to maintain the reliability of our systems.
In this role, you-ll also use your scripting skills to develop temporary fixes and improve processes while collaborating with other teams to address technical challenges. Your contributions will be essential in supporting platforms and ensuring its continued performance.

## Job Description ##
After a training period on our technologies (Oracle, Perl, Bash, Python), internal systems and the trading world, you will:
* Assist numerous departments of Swissquote on issues relating to the technical aspects of our Trading platforms
* Proceed to the first step of investigation and solve complex and critical cases to ensure Tradability, products availability and risk exposure
* Maintain, operate and update our customer databases using your SQL knowledge
* Develop new automation tools to continuously improve the performance of the support of our trading systems
* Perform strong technical investigation for our clients and other departments
* Provide level 2 and 3 support for our clients
* Develop and optimize internal tools
* Coordinate with development teams to solve critical cases
* Participate in the daily monitoring of our IT Systems by executing and implementing specific checks
* Be part of an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly and system downtime is minimized.
## Qualifications ##
* Degree in Information Systems (for example Bachelor HES or similar) and a passion for IT
* Your skills set include the following: Windows/Unix/Linux environment, SQL and scripting (Python, Bash) and Git
* Very good knowledge of French and Strong working knowledge of English (minimum B2)
* Strong problem solving skills and eager to work on critical systems
* A strong interest in the fintech/trading world as well as excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
**Nice to have**
* A keen interest in Trading platforms/systems (knowledge of MT4/MT5 a strong asset)
* An affinity in financial instruments (stocks, derivatives and Forex)
* Any Banking or other financial services experiences is valuable
* A first professional experience
* Knowledge of REST API
* Knowledge of Perl
