## Description du poste ##

* **Travel Management:** Arrange all aspects of business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences for all employees.
* **Calendar Management:** Oversee and manage the executives' calendars, prioritizing obligations and appointments to ensure optimal time management.
* **Expense and Budget Management:** Handle expense reports with accuracy and oversee the office budget, ensuring all expenditures are within the allocated funds.
* **Facilities and Renovation Projects:** Coordinate office renovation projects and manage facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
* **Internal Communication:** Act as a central point of contact for internal communications, ensuring information is disseminated effectively throughout the organization.
* **Reception Cover:** Provide occasional cover for the reception, ensuring all visitors receive a warm welcome and are efficiently directed.
* **Administrative Support:** Perform a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, document preparation, meeting coordination, and supply management.

## Description du profil ##

* Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal and Fluency in French.
* Proven experience in an Office Manager role.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
