Description

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to support our client in international cash operations for a temporary assignment lasting 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing transaction processing, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily transaction processing for international cash operations
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and service providers across multiple regions
• Monitor outsourced operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues

Profile

• Experience in high-volume transaction processing and operational workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and good knowledge of German
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Highly organized with a proactive and independent work approach
