Headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates (GE, Switzerland), Vacheron Constantin operates a global distribution network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries. Our workforce is comprised of approximately 1,500 passionate employees organised into seven geographic regions. Our principal manufacturing facility in Plan-les-Ouates is complemented by a second manufacturing site in Le Brassus, (VD, Switzerland).

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

 

* You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our planning & procurement product by understanding users- needs, driving process optimization, and implementing innovative solutions in close collaboration with Business and Richemont Group stakeholders.

 

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

 

**Collect and analyse user feedback and expectations  **

* You will be the voice of the customer, gathering insights from various sources to understand their needs and expectations.

**Estimate initiative value**

* You will evaluate the potential impact of different technical options and solutions, ensuring that we prioritize initiatives that deliver the most value.

**Contribute to process optimization**

* You will identify areas for improvement in our product development and delivery processes, proposing solutions to simplify and streamline workflows.

**Implement solutions**

* You will be responsible for implementing solutions, either by directly executing tasks or managing the implementation process.

**Train and empower business autonomy / ownership**

* You will train and work with key-users to enhance user adoption, autonomy and ownership.

 

**Requirements**

You are motivated by:

 

* Joining a dynamic and vibrant team
* Directly reporting to the Business Application Manager

 

You have:

* A Bachelor-s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Digital Transformation
* Good understanding of planning concepts & processes, of Logistic execution processes, and mastering of procurement processes
* A significant 5 years- experience in a digital transformation team in a Manufacturing context
* An experience on business side (in a planning or procurement context) would be a plus
* Project management, Agile methodology, SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP eWM skills
(SAP Business Network would be a plus)
* A good command of French & English
* Team spirit, Data-Driven Mindset, Stakeholder Management, Effective communication skills
