For our client, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for a Procurement / Supply Chain Specialist.



General Information:

  • Location: Zurich
  • Contract: Temporary
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 10 months 
  • Working Hours: 100%
  • Type of working: Hybrid 


    Your responsibilities: 
     
    • Operational procurement and management of assigned product groups, as well as supplier support
    • Processing orders in systems, planning, and procuring requirements
    • Monitoring order status, obtaining order confirmations, and tracking deadlines to ensure on-time deliveries
    • Direct communication with suppliers to secure delivery dates
    • Conducting operational procurement controlling
    • Designing and optimizing operational procurement processes
    • Handling supplier invoices
    • Maintaining master data of all relevant information in the ERP system


      Your qualifications:
       
      • At least 3 years of experience in operational procurement or similar roles
      • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
      • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
      • Strong coordination and organizational skills
      • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
      • Structured and efficient working methods
