Your responsibilities
Coordinate class schedules and teaching assignments with Faculty, organize study materials, assist in execution of marketing and promotional activities, provide overall administrative support for all Bachelor and MSc programs.
Your profile
This job requires a person who is mature, a self-starter, flexible and highly motivated, with good administrative and organizational skills. You enjoy being in contact with people and possess a courteous and positive attitude. You have preferably experience as a Program Manager and obtained at least two years in the academic sector. You master MS-Office, are proficient in the English language, both spoken and written. German language proficiency is of advantage.
Only applicants who are resident in Switzerland and have a valid Swiss workpermit will be considered for this position. Profiles with immediate availability are preferred.
