## Job Description ##

* Greet and assist visitors in both French and English.
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
* Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
