You have excellent communication skills; you are able to collaborate with different stakeholders and challenge them.

You have an advanced level in business intelligence tools and Excel.

You are fluent in English.

 

**WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? **

Within the International Retail Performance department, your main mission is to analyze and understand retail performance levers and manage structuring projects contributing to the development of our distribution network in close collaboration with regions and other departments.

In this function, you will:

 

\-Support decision making and strategic discussions by providing analysis on sales trends, benchmarks and key performance indicators.

 

\-Develop robust sales forecasts to anticipate future sales performance and identify opportunities.

 

\-Participate to the development of a sales projection tool for Retail teams to improve forecasting precision and efficiency.

 

\-Develop the network projection by maintaining distribution network data up to date.

 

\-Analyze our existing distribution network and the medium & long-term evolution to guarantee sustainable growth.
