Description
In this role you actively win new clients in the Swiss market and offer project-based consulting services to these clients. You will use your network and knowledge within the Swiss market to ramp up the business and generate revenue. This role is part of a succession planning and if you have built a proven track record after some time in the role you might be able to become a partial shareholder / partner of the company.

- Manage the Swiss Sales Operations which is reporting into you
- You are a Sales Hunter type, and you will use your expertise and network in Switzerland to generate new business for the company
- The business of the company is to place consultants on different projects as part of the service offerings provided
- Have a good understanding of trends in the market to be able to come up with potential new ideas and solutions
- Market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaboration with internal interfaces to optimally meet customer requirements
- You will be part of the Management team
- Business Administration based education paired with a good understanding of the IT- / Business Consultant Placement market
- Senior level Sales experience in the relevant field in Switzerland
- You possess a good network with relevant decision-makers needed for the success of this role
- A mandatory requirement is that during the selection process, the candidate must demonstrate that he/she is able to activate, at the time of hiring, a commercial proposition worth 1 million CHF in consultancy services (on a daily rate basis) on the prospects of his/her network.
- Ideally experience in leading a small team

- A good understanding of IT topics
- Willingness to travel to the clients in Switzerland
- Fluent in English and German, French or Italian are a strong plus
