For our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d).
General Information:
* Location: Geneva
* Duration: 7 months
* Start Date: ASAP
* Workload: 100%
Your Responsibilities:
* Order and Project Management
* Financial and Billing Administration
* Operational and Sales Support
* Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and update SAP (SD module) data
* Prepare and share transport documentation for daily deliveries
* Follow up on Non-Recurrent Costs (NRC) invoicing for engineering, testing, etc.
* Create and send invoices for delivered transformers, ensuring correct incoterms
* Manage overdue invoices and follow up on payments
* Update Salesforce with quotes and opportunity closures for the sales team
* Support sales orders creation and maintain delivery/invoicing address in the MDG database
* Handle credit notes, B&H agreements, and monthly storage invoicing
* Archive invoices, credit notes, and related documents in SharePoint
* Update Salesforce for the sales team, including quote creation and technical data entry, conduct monthly opportunity closures in Salesforce
* Manage CIT follow-up, ensuring timely reminders to internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
* Mid-level experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally in an industrial setting (other sectors also considered)
* Mandatory experience with SAP (SD module); experience with Salesforce is a plus
* Strong Excel and Office Suite skills
* Bilingual in French and English (German is a plus)
* Excellent written communication and organizational skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
