Our Zurich office runs like a start-up - a tight-knit team of around 10 colleagues, supporting 50+ consultants on assignment each month across the region. What sets us apart? As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're looking for a **Team Manager** to join us.
## Work tasks ##
We are looking for a dynamic leader to take on a **dual role** that combines **team management** and **sales strategy**, playing a key part in our growth and commercial excellence.
**As a *Team Manager*** You will lead a team of **Account Managers** and be responsible for their success and development. Your focus will be on **people management**, **team performance**, and **local growth**.
**Your key responsibilities include:**
* Leading, supervising, and motivating a team of Account Managers through regular performance follow-ups (face-to-face meetings)
* Recruiting new team members and building a strong sales culture
* Inspiring your team to reach our ultimate goal: **outstanding client satisfaction**
* Contributing to the development of the Zurich office alongside local management
**As a *Sales Manager*** You will act as the **right hand of the Branch Manager** and take ownership of our **sales strategy and processes**. You work across all teams to ensure best practices are implemented and performance is maximized.
**Your key responsibilities include:**
* Supporting Account Managers in **business growth**, attending client meetings, and identifying new opportunities
* Monitoring sales KPIs and supporting the Branch Manager with process alignment and performance tracking
* Designing **individual development plans** and coordinating coaching actions
* Organizing and leading **training and onboarding** initiatives for new hires
* Conducting strategic analysis (e.g., client portfolio, market trends, industry insights) to support decision-making
## We are looking for ##
* Proven experience in **B2B sales** with a strong track record of success
* Demonstrated leadership in managing **high-performing sales teams**
* Fluent in **German** (spoken and written) and **strong English skills** (minimum C1)
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, team members, and colleagues
