? **Looking for: Client Activation Project Manager CRM / Salesforce Analyst**

? **Key Skills:**

* **Soft skills:** Precision, organization, autonomy
* **Mindset:** Analytical, clienteling-oriented, project management, retail/luxury CRM experience
* **Technical skills:** Understanding of Salesforce models, flow management, performance & adoption analysis
* **Tools:** **Salesforce (MANDATORY)**, Ticketing (JIRA), bug management, tool implementation & optimization



? **Main Responsibilities:**

* **Clienteling & Performance:** Analyze clienteling actions & performance, track insights, and provide recommendations
* **Project Management:** Conduct tests, create documentation & technical briefs for in-store action implementation
* **Optimization & Satisfaction:** Maintain existing flows, propose improvements (e.g., new surveys)

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Retail Experience
* **Salesforce (MANDATORY)**
* Experience in Clienteling and Satisfaction Projects
* Project Management Skills and Analytical Thinking
* Business Oriented
* Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a Plus
* Experience with Dashboarding
* Fluent in French and English
* Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
* Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies and Tools
