**Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Manager**


**Fixed-term contract at 100% **


**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**


- Lead Global Financial Planning process, delivering the quarterly forecasts, Firm annual planning and the annual 5-Year Plan process.

- Compile global financial data via Excel-based process, integrating actuals/forecast input from business owners and make recommendations.

- Guarantee integrity of the data through comprehensive controls, including clarification of roles and responsibilities of these controls.

- Coordinate monthly actuals proofing process, with the support of the finance team.

- Responsible for the quarterly Marketing Budget approval process, coordinating between CEO and Budget Owners.

- Back-up Finance Team members for various financial processes (e.g. actuals proofing, ad-hoc analysis requests, etc.)
- Optimize finance forecasting/reporting through process re-design and including system interventions where needed.

- Be recognized as Finance expert for the KNIME data consolidation & processing system.


- As part of the actuals proofing process, identify gaps and propose solutions to address these sustainably, structurally and in a timely fashion.

- Support the internal Control Self Assessments (CSA) program as needed.

- Support and provide timely/quality input to the Audit Process











**PROFIL ATTENDU**





- Relevant university degree or equivalent

- Relevant and extensive experience, with focus on Financial Planning, Controlling and Reporting

- Experience with international commercial business operations (multiple sites, currencies, etc.)

- Affinity with and good knowledge of financial systems, preferably SAP, PowerBI, KNIME

- Competent in using all Microsoft tools, in particular MS Excel

- Solid accounting and internal controls skills

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

- Accountable for results. Able to work with limited guidance.

- Demonstrating significant personal initiative and autonomy.

- Strong team player; proven abilities in cross-functional collaboration.

- Curious, creative, insightful. Can challenge status quo and recommend/design/implement new processes. Continuous improvement mindset.

- Excellent written & oral communication skills.

- Fluent in English. Other languages are advantageous.
