PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking an IT Senior Manager - Supply Chain our IT Product & Operations platform team, located in Lausanne.
The digitalization of the Supply Chain is considered as a key pillar of the PMI's digital transformation, with the vision of delivering an attractive and consistent consumer experience, across multiple product categories and omni-channel. The ambition is to provide an integrated digital platform that, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies (cloud-based platform, AI, ML, advanced analytics), enables a full end-to-end visibility and drastically improves the overall cost-to-serve.
As the IT Senior Manager - Supply Chain, you will identify and deliver the best possible solution to meet our business requirements, maximizing standard functionalities and features of the existing or future systems that support the Supply Chain processes. You will help us by building capabilities, modernizing existing platforms, creating a digital culture, and leveraging data and analytics to improve operations and products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders (up to executive level) to define strategy for Supply Chain Management digital capabilities evolution
* Demonstrate thought leadership, drive the change management, and lead the transformation for a technology enabled SC Process
* Scout industry mega trends and propose IT solutions to drive Supply Chain-s digital roadmap
* Design key Supply Chain Management applications, technology, and data architecture to meet business needs while ensuring the alignment with standards
* Manage the roadmap for IT products and solutions in the supply chain domain
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product functionality and its dependence on release levels
* In collaboration with business stakeholders, developing capability map for PMI SCM and using it for continuous development
* Performing POCs of potential solutions implementation for PMI needs within existing PMI landscape. Supporting RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions
* End-to-end responsibility for service quality and security across products
Skills & Competencies:
* At least 12 to 14 years of professional experience in Supply chain IT Domain or Supply chain operations
* Deep understanding and experience of Supply Chain Processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Fulfilment)
* Knowledge of solutions in the broader Digital Supply Chain tech ecosystem in areas of Demand Sensing, Automatic Replenishment, Inventory Visibility and Order Management Systems
* University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
* Excellent understanding of End to End Supply Chain practices with fair understanding of financial and commercial metrics
* Hands-on experience with on premise and cloud solutions configuration and implementation
* Data and Analytics experience (Data Modelling, Master Data Management, Data Mart and Data Warehouses) and Data Visualization
* Enterprise Integration Practices (API driven integration, Event Driven Architectures, etc.)
* Experience on planning functions (demand, supply, collaboration) or on implementation and consulting on one of the following SAP APO, IBP, E2Open, JDA, Kinaxis, O9
