The opportunity
In a rapidly changing IT environment, clients from all industries look to us for trusted solutions for their increasingly complex risks and vulnerabilities. As a part of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team you'll be right at the heart of that goal, helping clients gain insight and context to their complex IAM environments and assessing, improving, and building infrastructure, processes and policies in order to meet the client's IAM needs. You'll get to use your technical and business skills to help us drive this mission and have an impact on Cyber Security at a global level.
Your key responsibilities
- You will work directly with partners in a diverse team structure, designing and deploying Identity and Access Management strategies and solutions across a variety of platforms at a global scale
- You will influence at all levels to elevate the organization's resources and expertise on pivotal initiatives to the next level within EY's Identity and Access Management capability
- You will act as an ILM inspiring leader, consistently researching new ways to improve IAM operations and help to design our overall strategy
- You will act as trusted security advisor to provide strategic direction in leading activities in support of Identity Lifecycle management tools & technologies and enterprise security objectives.
- You will develop security architectures and engineering system specifications implementing identity management and security controls in development and operational systems across EY's exceptional client base.
Skills and attributes for success
- You have 10+ years of practical experience in the field of IT is required. 8+ years of direct Information Security experience.
- You should bring experience in implementing an enterprise level IAM infrastructure.
- 3+ years experience in a Big4 or equivalent Consulting environment
- You have the ability to optimally communicate and advocate key security requirements and control implementation to senior stakeholders as well as to the development team.
- You have a good understanding of security principles and technologies in the Identity and Access Management domain: LDAP and RBAC, modern MFA, SSO, forest, trust, access control list, Cloud IAM and related concepts.
- Highly advantageous would be if you are bringing industry certifications including but not limited to CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
