## Job Description ##

* Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the company, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
* Manage and lead a small team of payroll specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
* Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any payroll-related issues.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external authorities as required.
* Handle payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
* Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a multinational company.
* Proven experience in managing a small team.
* Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
* Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in Switzerland and internationally.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
