For one of our renowned clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Senior Solution Architect Voice(m/w/d) in Basel with an opportunity to work remotely. Responsibilities

Support the transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution
Review and interpret business requirements to align them with current or future ICT capabilities
Globally design and implement Voice Infrastructure solutions, including MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, and Attendant Pro
Oversee the efficient operation of Voice & Telephony Services, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance of the IT infrastructure
Technology scouting and running proof of concepts; propose new solutions, liaise with vendors, and define global IT infrastructure standards
Ensure disaster recovery and maintain security of systems and prevent unauthorized access
Implement and document systems in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Expertise in voice infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, CUCM)
Experience with planning, designing, and implementing enterprise architecture
Proficiency in disaster recovery, documentation management, security compliance standards and technology scouting
Effective communication and documentation skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in other languages like Spanish, Italian and German is highly appreciated
