We are partnering with a highly respected organization to find an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer. This role offers a chance to contribute to impactful projects, working on extending the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation: Configure and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with client goals.
  • Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other protocols.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior developers.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhere to development standards.
    What We’re Looking For
    • Experience:

      • 5+ years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.
      • Experience with additional modules like GRC, HRSD, or AP is a plus.
      • Technical Skills:

        • Strong scripting knowledge and proficiency with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
        • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM principles.
        • Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
        • Certifications (Preferred):

          • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
          • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
          • ITIL Foundation Certification.
          • Soft Skills:

            • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
            • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
