You have a deep understanding of social platforms- environment in China, market trends and client behavior.

You have expertise on Asia retail market environment.

You have master systems expertise in connection to China ecosystem.

You have a relevant project management background, in leading cross-functional projects.

You have image and content sensitivity.

You have a strategic and analytic vision to develop and execute online retail strategy, aligned with overall business goals.

You have a team player attitude and foster collaboration in the team.

You have excellent communication skills; you are able to collaborate with different stakeholders and challenge them.

You are fluent in English and Chinese. French is a plus.

 

**WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS? **

Within the Online Retail department, you will be responsible for executing social retail strategy to drive product discovery, enhance client journey and optimize performance through social media platforms (WeChat, Tmall, Kakao, LINE, Client Relation Center and web).

In this function, you will:

 

\-Implement social retail strategy in line with the Maison vision and provide support for regional teams.

 

\-Establish a comprehensive social retail project roadmap and provide dedicated product discovery guidelines.

 

\-Orchestrate content animation calendar.

 

\-Bring new recommendations and opportunities to optimize boutiques touchpoints and features.

 

\-Analyze and optimize performance of social retail initiative.

 

\-Support the implementation of the Client Relation Center and web strategy in line with HQ guidelines and expertise.
