Our Approval & Care team is the center of excellence for technical support and certification of products and systems within the Fire Safety portfolio.
As a Technical Project & Change Manager, you will be the primary technical contact person and coordinate the necessary activities between Product Management, Product Development, Procurement, Service Hotline, and Production.

Your new responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the technical maintenance of commercialized products and systems - from industrialization to the end of the product lifecycle

  • You will support Product Management, the Service Hotline, and Production with technical product-related questions

  • You will assess technical product change requests in terms of necessity and impact, and initiate appropriate measures

  • You will manage product changes within the global development organization, which operates with agile development processes (Scrum, SAFe), and take ownership of these changes

  • You will also be responsible for any necessary updates to technical customer documentation

Your talents and experience
  • You hold a university of applied sciences degree or a technical education with advanced professional training (HF, HFP) in electrical engineering, building automation, or a similar field

  • Ideally, you have experience in building technology - particularly in fire detection - in technical support or development

  • You have project management knowledge, preferably in the context of agile development processes such as SAFe or Scrum

  • You demonstrate analytical and cross-functional thinking, along with a service- and solution-oriented approach

  • You work effectively and purposefully in global, intercultural teams

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
