Your Key Responsibilities

As the Tobacco Processing Technical Training Manager (m/f/d) in the area of Technical & Functional Training, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of TFT technical instructors, ensuring effective performance, task allocation, and structured training development. 

  • Deliver technical training and develop efficiency improvement plans for personnel. 

  • Provide technical support to factories, including machinery performance, quality, safety, and maintenance improvements. 

  • Participate in technical projects, skills assessments, and training needs analysis. 

  • Stay updated on equipment modifications, prepare technical documentation, and maintain training program accuracy. 

  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external functions (e.g., Global IWS Teams, Quality, Engineering, etc.). 

Your Profile

  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education (High School minimum); additional technical qualifications are an advantage. 

  • At least 5 years of experience in the tobacco industry, with strong knowledge of tobacco processing (primary) equipment. Experience in people management/coaching and in training delivery. 

  • Deep understanding of technical training methodologies and equipment maintenance. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global teams. 

  • Availability for business travel approximately 60% of working time.
