Our client is an international HQ based in Geneva.

Description du poste :

* Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee processes, including onboarding, contract creation, and exit procedures, for employees across various European locations.
* HR Documentation: Draft employment contracts, attestations, and other official correspondence. Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.
* Collaboration with their payroll team.
* Absence monitoring : sick leave and workplace accidents in partnership with payroll and external service providers.
* Work Authorizations: Manage new work permit applications and renewals in Switzerland in collaboration with external providers.
* Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws.
* HR Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports on various metrics, providing insights to management.
* HR Projects: Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of HR processes and mobility management.

Description du profil :

* Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
* Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP HR systems.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple locations.
* Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of Swiss and European labor laws and regulations.
