Telephonist duties:
- Handle both external and internal calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage call transfers and message taking using the operator station.
- Support executive communications during breaks and absences of Assistants for specific management groups.

Travel Management organisation :
- Assist and advise on national CFF travel arrangements.
- Take charge of international travel requests.
- Manage renewals of CFF subscriptions.

Description du profil :

* Expertise in Communication Systems: Proven experience with CISCO VOIP systems and proficiency in using the Samwin operator station.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and French, with superior verbal communication abilities. Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
* Administrative Proficiency: Experience in handling travel arrangements, particularly with CFF, and a knack for meticulous planning and support.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, a collaborative spirit, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
