## Job Description ##
* Analyze account opening documentation in compliance with relevant regulations (CDB, AMLA, AMLO, FINMA, QI-FATCA, CRS, FINSA).
* Ensure accurate processing of client relationships in the core banking system (S2i).
* Conduct second-level controls on scanning and archiving documentation in the core banking system (S2i).
* Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures, particularly in Onboarding/Due Diligence processes.
* Monitor AML activities including handling name screening and transactional alerts using external tools.
* Perform second-level controls for various tasks, ensuring proper documentation of instruction orders and liaising with Private Bankers for required evidences.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Compliance and departmental staff in daily operations.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Minimum of 3 years of proven compliance, legal, or regulatory experience in the financial services industry, ideally in private banking.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Arabic reading ability is advantageous.
* Familiarity with the S2i banking system is preferred.
* Demonstrates initiative, proactiveness, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
* Capable of working effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
* Possesses excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively in an international environment.
* Proficiency in banking IT systems, particularly S2i, Pythagoras, or Transaction Screening Services, is a plus.
