## Job Description ##
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
* Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
* Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive meetings.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the President and executive team.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
## What's on Offer ##
