## Job Description ##

* Provide administrative support to four directors, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Assist in organizing and coordinating team events and meetings.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Utilize various software and technology tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
