Description du poste :

* IT support level 1&2
* Participating in a wide variety of challenging IT projects along with the team
* Manage incidents tickets & resolve issues including software, hardware, and network problems
* Manage and deploy software installations, patches, and updates to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
* Investigate recurring technical issues to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions
* Monitor IT systems for potential issues, perform regular maintenance, and ensure that systems are running smoothly

Description du profil :

* At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
* Fluent in English & French - Spanish is a plus
* Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures (on-prem, hybrid & cloud AD)
* Virtualization (VmWare, Microsoft...)
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and autonomously
* Strong communication skills
