Junior Product Specialist (100%) - Zurich

A growing financial services firm is seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Product Specialist to join its dynamic team in Zurich. The role is part of a fast-paced, client-driven environment specializing in structured products, AMCs, and securitization services.

As part of the Product Management team, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from due diligence and structuring to operational follow-up. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and ambitious individual with a background in banking and finance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations involving Actively Managed Certificates, securitized structures, and paying agent services
• Act as a central point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal & Compliance, Trading, Operations) on product issuance-related matters
• Support the sales team in client interactions and documentation processes
• Contribute to product due diligence, maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle
• Manage fee-related tasks, invoicing, and administrative follow-ups
• Participate in various initiatives including marketing follow-ups and process improvement efforts

Your Profile:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Banking & Finance or Economics
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in structured products or related financial fields
• Knowledge across multiple asset classes and a good grasp of structured solutions and private markets
• Highly analytical, detail-focused, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player mindset, and a proactive approach to learning
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Tech-savvy, with an interest in automation and process optimization
