## Description du poste ##
* Lead maintenance and compliance efforts to ensure SAP services meet the company needs and SAP's maintenance strategy, optimizing costs.
* Contribute to S/4HANA transition, focusing on maximizing the value of SAP Services, especially for finance (FICO) and HR (SuccessFactors).
* Ensure project designs and resource estimates align with SAP standards and the organization's goals.
* Oversee SAP service changes, infrastructure upgrades, and collaborate on seamless operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve SAP-related incidents.
* Stay updated on market trends and SAP innovations, particularly regarding SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
* Analyze supplier roadmaps and end-of-life cycles, providing recommendations for action.
## Description du profil ##
* Strong experience in **S/4Hana** transformation projects
* Experience in managing SAP cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) & SAP services within a SIAM framework
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English - French is a plus
