For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Team Leader Delivery who will lead a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and take responsibility for requirements engineering, user experience, DevOps and agile testing for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, controlling and implementation of complex IT projects
• Management, coaching and further development of the interdisciplinary team of 12 employees
• Close cooperation with stakeholders in the realization of high-performance solutions
• Transfer from project organization to operational structure
• Promoting an agile mindset and continuous improvement within the team
• Identification of bottlenecks and solutions for efficient resource use

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience in the delivery environment
• Experience in using agile methods and modern project management tools
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• High level of leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• communication skills, assertiveness and customer-oriented thinking
