Job Mission:
Support store management in executing business strategy by being an active part of the sales force. Manage specific tasks such as CRM calling campaigns, prospect registration, and cross-selling action plans.
Main Responsibilities:
Clientelling:
- Master the Client Journey and support colleagues in creating customer emotion and desire.
- Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plans.
- Manage sensitive sales and after-sales situations.
- Ensure proper execution of CRM tasks and calling campaigns.
- Proactively analyze business KPIs and propose action plans.
- Deliver impeccable service in every phase of the client journey.
- Focus on developing and retaining existing clients and recruiting new ones.
- Participate in sales partnerships and OTO appointment routines.
Team Support:
- Serve as a point of reference for Client Advisors on store policies and procedures.
- Support the induction of new hires.
- Assist in allocating duties and scheduling shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
- Manage cash payments and the safety of goods.
- Participate in shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
- Handle all sales and after-sales activities.
Visual Merchandising:
- Follow display guidelines and report relevant information to store management.
- Participate in operational tasks when necessary.
