* Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR issues and best practices.

Description du profil :

* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Switzerland.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment process and employee lifecycle management.
* Expertise in payroll management and familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly regarded.
