## Description du poste ##
* Lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience from onboarding to offboarding.
* Oversee payroll management, including compliance with legal requirements.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR issues and best practices.
## Description du profil ##
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in Switzerland.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment process and employee lifecycle management.
* Expertise in payroll management and familiarity with HR laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly regarded.
