As a part-time (50%) Team Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our dynamic team with various administrative tasks and significantly contribute to the efficient organization of our daily office routine.Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Professional management of calendars and appointment coordination
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including follow-up tasks
  • Plan and book business trips
  • Procure services using the SAP-Ariba procurement tool

Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent
  • Professional experience in a similar position is advantageous
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (MUST)
  • Any additional language is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook
  • Solid experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (MUST)
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
