As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers and collaborative partners in using MaxWell Biosys-tems’ products effectively, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of technical inquiries. You will ensure support operations are running smoothly. You will support in the installation and training of new users. You will develop a expertise in the areas of MaxWell Biosystems’ software, hardware, and microelectrode array applica-tions to deliver effective solutions. Within the Support and Product Management team, you will help streamlining and improving operational processes, thus contributing to a greater customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer inquiries to ensure timely responses
- Deliver high-quality support for MaxWell Biosystems' customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Handle complex or high-priority customer issues that require additional expertise or internal coordination
- Continuously assess and improve support-related workflows
- Collect and share customer feedback with the Product Management, Application and R&D Teams
- Manage tools (CRM system) used by the support team
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, biotechnology, or a related field; alternatively, practical experience in technical support or a similar role
- Customer-focused, with a proactive, solution-driven approach
- Strong communicator, experience with scientists is a plus
- Good technical and computer skills
- Experience with electrophysiology or neuronal cultures is a plus
- Willingness and enthusiasm to develop, execute and continuously improve internal processes
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
