**JOB MISSION**
We are looking for a Commercial Trainer with luxury boutique experience in jewelry or watchmaking and a passion for retail. Are you enthusiastic about sharing your retail expertise through in-person training and coaching? Do you thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role, traveling 70% of the time, engaging with teams, and bringing learning to life on the boutique floor? If so, this role is for you!
As an ambassador of the Maison-s culture, your role will be to conduct training and coaching activities in coordination with the L&D Manager, Boutique Managers and HR. With consistent training and coaching as well as identifying future needs, you will have the opportunity to nurture excellence throughout the network and support business performance.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**Trainer role:**
- Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client experience.
- Executes trainings for the retail and office population according to the local training plan.
- Supports in-class training with -in the field- follow ups.
- Delivers relevant training to increase levels of knowledge with external boutiques/partners.
- Support the organization of trainings according to the local training plan (training venues, logistics, etc. as required to achieve an efficient and coherent development experience).
- Manage and distribute training materials as required for each program, including new eLearning).
- Identify future training needs.
**Coaching role:**
- Ensure effective follow-up on training to reinforce learning and drive performance.
- Provide individual coaching to the boutique team members both directly and via the Boutique Managers and Sales Managers (where present) to enhance quality of client experience, selling and service skills.
- Mentor and coaches staff by providing feedback and suggestions of how skills can be further developed and/or enhanced.
- Builds a dynamic coaching plan in collaboration with Boutique Managers and the L&D Manager, according to business priorities and individual team members- development needs.
- Ensures coaching follow ups in collaboration with Boutique Managers.
- Designs and implements the necessary tools and frameworks for effective coaching.
**Training tools:**
- Curate or adapt international retail training content as required (according to local needs).
- Monitor and promote online training tools across the retail community.
**JOB PROFILE**
**Education and experience:**
- 5 years of experience in training delivery.
- Experience working in a luxury jewelry or watch boutique.
Technical skills / abilities / languages:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Full professional proficiency in English and either French or German (spoken and written).
